CLEANING AND CARE

Please remove material residue regularly in order to ensure that the
product works properly. You primarily need to clean the blade, the
dirt control device and the inner and outer cutting head.
! Please always remove the blade before cleaning.
! If there is a high level of stress on the blade we recommend that you
replace the blade.
! Cleaning the blade is at your own risk!
The following types of cleaning are recommended depending on the
nature of the material residue and the level of dirt These are general
suggestions which should be subject to further testing in specific indi-
vidual cases.

! Do not use any aggressive acids or lyes.
! Do not use a high-pressure cleaner.
RESISTANCE OF THE SECUNORM 590
The plastics built into the cutting tool are resistant to oils, lubricants and gasoline, have limited resistance
to acetone and alcohols and have low to no resistance to aggressive acids and lyes.
