1 Safety information

Mixing with other liquids or materials during the use must not be carried out, since
during this process health hazards as well as impairments to the casting quality
cannot be excluded
• This product contains quartz and cristobalite, some in the form of fine dust
that may penetrate the pulmonary alveoli Inhalation of the dust constitutes a
potential carcinogenic hazard Ensure that an adequate suction line/ventilation
is available in the workspace and near the machines
• Inhalation the dust of the product may trigger silicosis
• Employers must provide Class P3 respiratory protection
• Heating the investment compound above 200 °C will result in the formation of
ammonia Ammonia irritates the respiratory organs
• May cause mechanical irritation of the skin and mucosa of the eye and respira-
tory passages
• Irritation and caustic reactions to the skin and mucosa must be expected on
local contact
Carry out the "coarse" removal of the casting after the casting operation under
water or soak the investment material mold
