CUTTING METHOD
•
Square Cuts
*
Push the cutting head towards the rear,
*
Position the material on the table,
*
Pull the head towards yourself whilst gradually
forward into and through the material (avoid
sudden contact with the material).
•
45 Degree Bevel Cuts
*
Loosen the two lock knobs (Fig. 4 - G),
*
Carefully tip the cutting head and rail assembly
over against 45° stop,
*
Lift the front of the head,
*
Retighten the lock knobs.
•
With Plunging Head (for foils, moldings, etc.)
*
Loosen the locking lever (Fig. 1 - J),
*
Adjust the depth of cut with head adjusting lever
(Fig. 1 - H),
*
Retighten the locking lever (Fig. 1 - J),
*
Proceed to cut.

MAINTENANCE
Before carrying out any operation disconnect
the machine from the power source.
•
Clean the machine daily.
•
Empty regularly the tank to remove muddy deposits
which could clog the pump and thus cause premature
wear.
•
Wash out the base tray using plenty of water: remove
the table from the frame by unscrewing nuts
(Fig. 4 - M).
•
Clean the pump and its filter.
•
Store in a dry place.
•
Clean the rail with particular attention: we advocate
the use of a slide lubricant, like Loctite VG 26.
Store in a safe place. Keep out the reach of
children.
Maintain tools carefully.

IMPORTANT ADVICE
•
Tighten all the nuts and bolts regularly.
•
When storing the machine, we recommend removing
the blade and storing it carefully.
•
Check that there is sufficient water supply during
operation.
•
Tighten the blade firmly.
•
Make sure the contact faces of the flanges, blade and
axle are clean.
At the work station, the sound pressure
level may exceed 85 dB(A). In this case
individual protection measures must be
taken.

is
essential
to
manufacturer's plate fixed to the machine and the part
number of the part(s) to be replaced.
