8. Attach Tabletop to Frame
CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Allow RTV to cure
before tightening the lavatory clips. Tightening the clips before
the RTV has cured could cause the top to separate from the
frame.
- The tabletop should be installed 1/2" (1.3cm) from the wall.
- Temporarily position tabletop on frame. Center the tabletop and
check for fit.
- Carefully fit lavatory into place from underneath. Check for fit.
- Remove the lavatory and tabletop. Lavatory is installed in the next
step.
- Apply a continuous bead of RTV (supplied) to the top surface on
each side and the front of the frame.
- Place tabletop and wipe away excess RTV immediately.
- Allow RTV to cure for 24 hours before installing the lavatory.
