ELECTRODE SHARPENING
For optimal operation, it is recommended to use a sharpened electrode as follows:

The arc priming and stabilisation feature is designed for manual and mechanically guided operation.
Warning: Increasing the length of the torch or return cables beyond the maximum length specified by the manufacturer will increase the risk of
electric shock.
TIG/GTAW PROCESS SETTINGS
• The TIG DC is dedicated to the flow of ferrous metals such as steel, stainless steel, but also copper and its alloys and titanium.
• The Synergic TIG no longer works on the choice of a DC current type and the settings of welding cycle parameters, but integrates experience-based
welding rules/synergies. This mode therefore restricts the number of settings to three basic settings:
- The type of material.
- The thickness to be welded.
- The welding position.

TIG DC WELDING / GTAW
• TIG DC Standard
The TIG DC Standard welding process allows high quality welding on most ferrous materials such as steel, stainless steel, but also copper and its
alloys, titanium... The many possibilities of current and gas management allow you to perfectly control your welding operation, from the priming to
the final cooling of your weld bead.

1- Position the torch nozzle and the tip of the electrode on the metal piece and press the
trigger.
2- Position the torch to create a gap of roughly 2-3 mm between the tip of the electrode
and the metal. The arc starts.
3- Put the position back into position to start the welding cycle.
