H. Trouble Shooting:
1. Plug turns too hard in panel or when mating with another plug.
i. Regress both mating surfaces of rubber insulators and polarizing
shells with silicone grease A101208.
2. Plug doesn't push in far enough to engage with panel contact.
i. Be certain that the contact end of the rubber insulator does not stick
out beyond the end of the plastic polarizing shell. See paragraph G-1.
3. Inline connections do not connect.
i. The male cam flat and the rivet inside female contact must line up
with white line thru "LOCK" portion of polarizing shell. Consult factory
for assistance.
I. Accessories and Spare Parts:
1. A200020-3 - Com-A-Long (for pulling male contact into insulator).
2. A200020-4 - Com-A-Long (for pulling female contact into insulator).
3. A100632 – 3/16" Extraction Screw Driver with T Handle (for removing
contact from insulator).
4. A101208 – 2oz. Tube Silicone Grease.
