7 TROUBLE-SHOOTING

7.1 ALARMS MANAGEMENT
The "MEB-NEW" electronic card is a powerful control logic unit which signals possible
machine troubles by means of alphanumeric messages visualized on the display; the
technician shall understand them to quickly find the reason of this trouble.

DESCRIPTION
The overload relay has
tripped to protect the beater
motor (possible overheating)
or the compressor
The safety timer of the
amperometric transformer
has tripped
The display board safety
device has tripped
The door is open or the
safety grid on the hopper is
not completely lowered.
An intermittent beep is
released.
No-growth alarm
REMEDIES
Wait for a few seconds and
press the STOP pushbutton
to reset the machine. If the
problem is frequent, please
revert to a qualified
engineer.
Press the STOP pushbutton
and disconnect the wire
connection to reset the
machine. If the problem still
remains please revert to a
qualified engineer.
Press the STOP pushbutton
and disconnect the wire
connection to reset the
machine. If the problem still
remains please revert to a
qualified engineer.
Make sure that the door is
closed and the safety grid on
the hopper is lowered.
Ensure the mixture type
and its balancing are suitable
for this unit. If the problem
still remains please revert to
a qualified engineer.
