Screen & Keypad
Use the power key on the keypad to power up the HR5 and display
the main menu options. See "Main Menu screen" (p. 8) for
more information on accessing the screen functions.

Description
Press to turn on or re-start the HR5
Hold for 3 seconds to turn off the HR5.
Use these arrow keys for menu navigation and to
select on screen entry fields.
Used in conjunction with Navigation keys to
confirm selection and may open another screen.
Press this key to exit a screen and return to the
previous screen. It may need to be pressed more
than once to return to the Main menu screen.
Soft keys perform the function detailed directly
above each button (available on some menu
options).
Use these keys to enter data when adding or
editing fields.
Shows the level of charge remaining in the
internal battery. See "Power Options" (p. 23).
Indicates if the internal Bluetooth or WiFi
module is communicating with another device.
See "Wireless" (p. 20).
Displays when the Reader is connected to a PC.
