CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
After Air-Frying:
1. Remove the Air Fryer Lid from Duet
and place bottom of Lid on two lower
horizontal bars with rim resting in
between each. Allow Lid to lean against
the curved bar of Lid Holder.
2. Ensure Lid is correctly in place and
secure on Holder.
Caution: Lids will be HOT. Use Black
Silicone Mitts or oven mitts when placing
on Holder.
Cleaning the Grill/Griddle Plate
After removing allow to cool. Wipe
clean with a wet cloth or paper
towel or clean in dishwasher, top
rack only.
