Troubleshooting
The robot mower
stops during the
mowing cycle
1.
The robot mower is
tilting too much or
has overturned.
2.
An obstacle is
blocking the robot
mower.
3.
The wheel has
collided with an
object.
4.
The robot mower is
stuck on the lawn.
5.
The cutting height is
too low.
6.
The robot has run out
of battery.
7.
Debris is blocking the
blade.
8.
The lawn has too
many weeds or is
damp.
9.
Your lawn requires
landscaping.

1.
Place the robot mower
on a flat surface and
restart the mowing
cycle.
2.
Remove the object
from the mowing area
and restart the robot
mower.
3.
Clear the lawn of
obstructions.
4.
If the lawn is too damp,
wait some days until it
is dry. If not, restart the
robot mower in another
mowing area on the
lawn.
5.
Increase the cutting
height.
6.
Place the robot mower
on its charging station.
7.
Clean the blade
and/or remove the
obstructions.
8.
Remove the weeds or
let the lawn dry.
9.
Cover or remove all
exposed roots in order
to smooth out the
ground.
