Before You Begin

CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. Lavastone is an extremely
dense, heavy material. Do not attempt to lift or install the
lavastone countertop without assistance.
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. Always wear safety glasses
when drilling.
CAUTION: Risk of personal injury. Installation of a header is
critical for this product. Walls constructed of wood or steel studs
will not properly support the lavastone countertop. A header
constructed of 2x12 lumber is required.
CAUTION: Risk of product damage and personal injury. If the
countertop is not level, it may break. Ensure the brackets,
wall-mount cabinet, and/or vanity are level before installing the
countertop.
Observe all local building codes.
Remove the countertop from its carton and inspect for damage.
