Operating the grease gun
□ This Single Shot Grease Gun is designed to operate at 60 to
150 psi, lower pressure will reduce the performance of the
tool, while higher than the rated 150 psi will damage the
internal components .

Loading the grease gun - Option 1
Cartridge Replacement
□ Unscrew the gun head from the container tube .
□ Remove the plastic cap from the grease cartridge . (Leave
the pop top affixed on the grease cartridge .)
□ Insert the grease cartridge into the canister and gently
force down until it stops . (Approximately one inch .) This
will ensure that the rubber plunger is affixed in the grease
cartridge .
□ Slowly pull the plunger handle back and lock into place .
This procedure should also pull the grease cartridge into
the container tube .
□ Remove the pop top for the grease cartridge .
□ Screw the gun head back on the container tube .
□ Press the plunger release to release the plunger rod and
push the plunger rod back into the canister . It should flow
easily in the container .
□ Pull the trigger several times to force air into the gun,
allowing grease to flow smoothly through the gun head . (It
should come out thick like a tube of toothpaste .)
□ Wipe off the excess grease with your finger and proceed to
Step 5-Installing the flexible or rigid nozzle .
