SAFETY INFORMATION
DANGER!
•Before using the equipment, fully turn the charge regulator to maximum
load (see chapter of operating instructions) in order to make it difficult to
move the pedals and shoes. Support your feet firmly on the bicycle pedals or
the elliptical shoe and hold the handlebars, turn the load regulator to release
the brake and achieve the desired load.
The emergency stop can be made by grasping the handlebars of the
•
equipment and leaving the equipment or by rotating the load regulator to
the maximum load (see chapter on operating instructions).
•Make sure that the equipment is properly leveled to the ground and on a flat
surface, away from walls in order to maintain the equipment's balance and
avoid accidents and damage to the user.
•Never modify the equipment without authorization from the manufacturer.
Unauthorized modifications or accessories may result in the loss of warranty,
in addition to causing serious or fatal injury to the user.
Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the equipment, the weight limit of
•
the bikes and the elliptical is 110kg.
•Before starting any type of physical activity, consult a doctor.
•Incorrect or excessive exercise can cause serious injuries. If you feel any pain,
dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath, stop exercising immediately and
consult a specialist.
•Do not use the equipment if you are ill or under the influence of drugs,
alcohol or any substance that affects your psychomotor ability.
•Do not use the equipment barefoot, with heels or worn soles.
•Do not wear excessively loose clothing, jewelry, chains and other objects. Do
not let your hair down and always wear clothing designed for exercising.
•Do not allow children, the elderly and animals to be close to the equipment,
risk of serious or fatal accident.
•Never use the equipment if the pedals, cranks and shoes on the bikes and the
elliptical are damaged or worn.
•This equipment is not suitable for therapeutic purposes.
