Operating Instructions
Mode: FM radio
In this mode you can receive, save and record radio stations.
Note: Always connect your earphones to the earphone connection of the MP3 player, since the
earphone cable serves as an antenna for the internal radio.
• Start automatic station search (automatic memory assignment)
Select Auto scan in the sub-menu and confirm by selecting Yes to start the search.
The MP3 player automatically searches for the radio stations with the strongest reception and saves
them in 30 memory locations.
• Switch between saved stations
You can switch between the saved radio stations by briefly pressing the

• Record current station
To start recording the current station, hold down for approx. 1 second the REC button.
To stop recording, briefly press the REC button. Press the REC button again to continue the
recording.

Radio recordings are saved in the FM folder of the MP3 player as WAV files (format: F001.WAV,
F002.WAV, etc.).
Note: Radio recording is automatically stopped when the memory of the MP3 player is full
(message: Memory full!) or the battery power is no longer sufficient (message: Battery low!). Data
that has already been recorded is automatically saved. Additional recordings are no
longer possible.
• Select frequency band
Select the menu item FM Band in the sub-menu and set your frequency band there.
Mode: Utility
The MP3 player's integrated pedometer and stopwatch can be found in this mode.
