Pedometer
• Set up the pedometer
From the displayed sub-menu, select the menu item Pedometer.

• Reset pedometer
Reset the pedometer back to zero by briefly pressing the REC button. The pedometer starts
automatically.
Stopwatch
• Start stopwatch
From the displayed sub-menu, select the menu item Stopwatch.
Briefly press the REC button to start the stopwatch.
• Stop stopwatch
Briefly press the REC button. Press the REC button again to continue the time measurement.
• Reset stopwatch
Stop the stopwatch.
Continue pressing the REC button until the stopwatch is reset to zero.
Mode: Delete
Warning: Deleted files cannot be restored!
You can delete individual files or all files from the MP3 player in this mode.
• Delete individual files:
Select Delete track from the displayed sub-menu.
