8.10
Inspect pulley spring catch.
A. Clean with cleaning solution.
B. Replace if worn or broken.

Install starter rope and tie knot.
8.12
Install pulley.
A. Wind rope onto pulley clockwise
leaving 4-6" (10-15 cm) out.
B. Make sure that the pulley spring
catch is in the spring hook.
8.13
Install center screw, spacer and washer.
A. Use Loctite 242.

B. Torque to 26 in-lbs (2.9 Nm).
