4.2 Problem solving

In any failure case, before any intervention, restart the apparatus
in order to re-confirm the failure.
Never try to remove the casings of the apparatus.
If the screen does not light up, check the power supply (the LED
on the supply module should be On); as necessary replace the
module.
If the printing is not operative, depending on case:
If the printer power-on light remains off, check power supply
connections,
check the connection with the Agri-TR, the paper installation and
the printer heads.
Abnormal results
A cycle may give abnormal results in some cases, among which:
bad adjustment of the scale, or sensor damage,
sample too dirty.
Error messages:
In case of anomaly, one of the following messages may be
displayed:
Possible origins and solutions
No response from measure board [control measurement HF].
Contact your agent.
No response from measure board [control measurement LF].
Contact your agent.
No response from measure board [measurement HF].
Contact your agent.
No response from measure board [measurement LF].
Contact your agent.
Anomaly detected on period measurement [Empty- or Ctl period
out of range].
Contact your agent.
Empty cells
Test performed without grain. Start again with grain. If problem
remains, contact your agent.
Measuring weight on the scale impossible.
Put the Agri-TR on a stable surface. If problem remains, contact
your agent.
