Ensure that the characteristics of the operator
(assigned torque, operation time, number of
turns) are in keeping with the weight and
height of the shutter.

Check that the shutter works correctly manually.
1 Fig. 1: remove the manual drive belt (M) and take
down the tube (T) from the shutter. It may also be
necessary to remove the pulley.
2 Fig. 2: introduce the operator (1) through one end
of the tube (T). Ensure that the crown (9) is correctly
inserted in the ring (10).
Check that the crown (9) is secured to the tube (T),
as it should turn with it in order to move the ring
(10) that operates the limit switches.

If necessary (for example, if the tube is circular
instead of octagonal), secure the crown (9) to the
tube (T) using a screw, without allowing the screw
to reach the ring (10).

Never bang the operator under any circumstance.
3 Fig. 3: if appropriate (for example, if the tube is
circular instead octagonal), secure the drive wheel
(11) to the tube (T) using screws or rivets (R).
Never pierce the operator.
4a Fig. 4a: URC59120(M) and URCM59120(M):
fix the operator's bracket (2) to the box or wall.
Then install the tube with the operator on the
bracket (2). Position the pin/gripper (3).
4b Fig. 4b: URCM92180(M) and URCM92300(M)
without brackets:
if the optional brackets are not to be used, fasten
the tube with the operator directly to the box or
wall using 4 suitable screws (P).
4c Fig. 4c: URCM92180(M) and URCM92300(M)
with optional AUR03 bracket: when using the
optional AUR03 brackets, first choose one of the
two brackets provided (7) or (8) and secure it to the
box or wall.
Then install the tube with the operator on the
bracket (7) or (8), securing it with 4 screws and nuts
(S).

Ensure the operator is fastened correctly and is
perfectly horizontal. If this is not the case,
excessive forces may appear during operation
and cause damage.
