• NutriCook can be used on all heat sources including
induction heating except on Aga cookers.
• When using an electric hotplate or induction, make
sure that the size of the hot plate does not exceed the
size of the NutriCook base.
• On a ceramic or halogen, always make sure that the
NutriCook base is clean and dry.
• On a gas burner, the flame should not lick past the
diameter of the NutriCook base.
• On all burners, make sure that NutriCook is properly
centred.
