Prepare "Joe".
Pull and turn the red triggers
located in the hubs of the carrier.
• On a flat surface,
move the frames apart
until the specified
measurment is
reached.
• Measure from the
inside edges of the
tubes.
The support frame
should rotate freely.

'LOCK IN' THE FRAME MEASURMENT.
• Pull and turn-back
the red triggers.
• Move the frames
apart slightly until
the red triggers
snap back into the
hub.
• The frames should
remain locked in
place.
