OPERATION

Battery replacement
• Remove impulse ignition cap from burner assembly (15) by turning cap
counterclockwise. Install 1 type AAA battery. Negative end of battery goes
in first, then replace impulse ignition cap by turning cap clockwise.
To light
1. Ensure control knob is in "OFF" position.
2. Press control knob and turn counterclockwise to "IGNITE".
3. Continue to depress knob for 30 seconds, listen to "IGNITE" pulse.
4. Release knob, then press knob slightly and turn to adjust heat intensity
("LOW" / "HIGH").
5. If pilot does not light, turn knob to "OFF" and wait 5 minutes for gas
vapours dissipate, then repeat steps 2-4.
To turn off
1. Turn knob to "OFF" position.
2. Close the valve of the gas cylinder and the gas regulator.
3. Allow the appliance to cool down before moving it.
WARNING
Risk of fire! Close the valve of the gas cylinder and the gas
regulator when the appliance is not in use.
NOTE: After use, some discolouration of the emitter screen is normal.
