Assemble the heater components as shown in Figures 2A, 2B. Install appropriated suspension hardware, beam clamps, chain or rod at
predetermined locations. Adjustment of chain length will provide uniform pitch.

Heat Exchanger Tubes
Supplied in 10 ft. lengths (5' included with Jet25)
When hanging the tubes you will notice a weld seam down
the length of the tube. When assembly the tubes together is is
important to not have this weld seam face directly up or down, this
will increase the longevity of your heat exchangers.
Turbulator Assembly
Heatstar AG Jet heaters ship with turbulators loose in box. Turbulator is to
be placed into end of tube after tube assembly.
