1.5 Warranty

In addition to the statutory guarantee, which the consumer is entitled to with
respect to their vendor, SCHELL also provides consumers with a manufacturer
warranty for SCHELL products .
With regard to the pre-requisites for warranty claims and warranty exclusions,
please note the current information regarding the SCHELL manufacturer war-
ranty.
1.6 Applicable standards
The following European directives were taken as the basis for checking the
presumption of conformity:

The conformity of the named products with the provisions of the directives is
proved by complete compliance with the following standards:

1.7 Storage of personal data
hen specific functions information can be assigned to individual people in
the eSCHELL water management system and conclusions are therefore pos-
sible about their conduct, this means personal data are involved. These are
subject to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
The operator of the eSCHELL water management system must obtain the
agreement of the persons concerned regarding storage of the data. Data may
only be collected, processed and used if the person concerned has explicitly
stated their consent to this.
