7 Maintenance, system extension & updates
7.1 Safety instructions for maintenance
The eSCHELL water management server enables remote access to the eSCHELL
water management system via the Internet. Function settings and parametri-
sation can be changed by third parties within the framework of remote main-
tenance.
» After each remote access, check the proper functioning of your drinking
water installation.

7.1.1 Carrying out maintenance

There must be regular checks to make sure the eSCHELL water management
system is functioning properly.
» Request the server status under the "Facility Information" menu item.

Checking frequency depends on the hygiene-related functions of your drin-
king water installation.
