can be used as an option.
This provides the required protection with protection class IP65.
» Pay attention to good reception of the wireless subscribers for the
eSCHELL water management system when choosing the installation loca-
tion.
» Observe the maximum cable lengths when using the eSCHELL cable bus
extenders BE-K.
» Use only the appropriate ISO terminal screw connections for the connec-
ting cables or the enclosed cable bushings.

5.4.1 Notes on installation in the distribution box

The following is to be observed when connecting in the distribution box:
– The bus lines must be routed up to the terminals with a sheath.
– Avoid contact of current and bus line wires, e.g. through appropriate line
routing or fastening.
– Metal distribution boxes reduce the range of wireless signals (e.g. WLAN
or eSCHELL wireless).
