3. Enter the number of the handset to which the directory entry should be sent
(e.g., "Handset 2"), and press OK.
4. Handset 2 will start ringing.
5. Press Talk on Handset 2. "Data Transfer in Progress" will be shown in the
display. Handset 1 will then show the next item in the directory after the transfer
has been completed.
Delete Directory
If you want to delete the entire directory in a handset,
1. Press Menu.
2. Select "Directory" and press OK.
3. Select "Delete Directory" and press OK.
4. When the display shows "Delete All Entries?," press OK.
5. The display shows "All Entries Deleted."
6. Press End.
Send Directory
You can transfer all the unique entries from one handset to another, so that you do
not have to manually store them in each handset. If the other handset does not have
enough storage space, an error tone sounds and the transfer process does not
complete.
1. Press Menu.
2. Select "Directory" and press OK.
3. Select "Send Directory" and press OK.
4. Enter the number of the handset to which the directory entries should be sent
and press OK.
5. That handset will start ringing. Press Talk on the ringing handset.
6. When the transfer is complete, press End on the first handset.
Memory Available
You can check how much memory is available for your directory.
1. Press Menu.
2. Select "Directory" and press OK.
3. Select "Memory Available" and press
4. Display shows what percentage of the directory memory is not in use.
5. Press End.
