Safety Instructions:

HOT SURFACES: The glue and the nozzle of the tool can reach temperature up to 200°C (400°F). Avoid all
skin contact. If burnt, plunge the burn under cold water. Never attempt to remove large lump of glue from
burnt skin without medical assistance.

Do not use the tool in damp or wet conditions or expose it to water projections.

If the power supply cable is damaged, unplug the tool by pulling the plug out of the wall socket. Never pull the
cord to unplug the tool.

Never put object in the tool other than recommended Glue stick specific diameter.

Never take a Glue stick out of the tool once it has been put into the tool. Molten glue could create irreparable
damages to the tool.

Children should only use the tool under supervision of an adult.

Always unplug the tool prior to proceed to maintenance or cleaning.

Always make sure that the tool is connected to a 220-240V / 50Hz wall socket with ground connection. If need
be, an extended power cord in perfect condition can be used.

When unplugged, always make sure that the tool is at room temperature prior to store it.

This tool is not intended to be used by people (children included) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or persons lacking experience or knowledge, unless they were able to benefit from a person
responsible for their safety, monitoring or screening instructions regarding the use of the device. Children
should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the tool.
Use of the tool:

Start-up : Plug the tool into a 220 - 240V / 50Hz wall socket with ground connection. Working temperature is
obtained after 3 to 4 minutes.

Introduce glue sticks at the back end of the tool.

Place the nozzle of the tool against the surface and press gently on the trigger to extrude glue. Place the
second element in contact with the glue, if need be adjust it and press parts together during average of 10
seconds.

To change Glue stick type, never remove glue stick in use. Cut exceeding part of glue stick in the tool and
introduce new glue stick into back end of the tool. Press the trigger several times to purge old glue from the
tool.

If the tool will not be used for a period exceeding 30 minutes, unplug it.

Once the job done, unplug the tool.
Recommendations:
-
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Discard of the tool. The owner of the tool must bring the tool to a recognised dedicated recycling station /

green point.
