2.1 Electric plates
2.1.1 Safety devices
A device inside the plates reduces power in the event of overheating.
Once the cause has been eliminated and plate temperature is reduced,
operation is restored automatically.
2.1.2 Switching on the plates
Select the knob corresponding to the plate:

When a plate is in operation it normally glows, but at the lowest
power settings this may not be the case. For this reason, LEDs
are provided beside the top that light up to indicate the plate in
use.The Plate Status LEDs do not go out until the relative plates
have cooled.
