3 Overview
The AUTESTER P 1.5L autoclave is class "N". Suitable to sterilize metallic or auto-
clavable plastic instruments, without hollow areas and not wrapped. Used for odon-
tologist, veterinary and, general speaking, to sterilize loads that could be in contact
with blood, as "tattoo" and piercing centres, beauty centres, hairdresser, ...
As this autoclave does not have drying function, and neither can sterilize wrapped
loads, the sterilized load must be used before low time (2-3h) after its sterilization.
The AUTESTER ST DRY PV Class B includes the following features:
- Stainless steel sterilization chamber.
- External cover with epoxy coat.
- Digital control.
- Separated Clean/used water tanks.
To get assure load sterilization the proper program must be used. Follow this
instruction manual.
3.1 Cycles
• Fast sterilization at 134ºC for thermal-resistant load.
• Sterilization at 121ºC for autoclavable load at 121ºC.

3.2 Guidelines to get test an effi cient sterilization
The material to be sterilised needs to be clean, free from any encrusted or residual
material, wash it in a good detergent and distilled water, then rinse with distilled
water.
Do not overload the trays, left a free space of 1 to 2 cm between goods to allow a
free steam circulation and to ease drying.
