ViDeo Door Phone DirecTory
Up to 128 calls can be included in the video door phone directory (calls to users and special calls).
To add, change or delete items from the directory access the proper menu by pressing the button
Adding a record to the directory
To add a name to the directory:
•
Select the icon
•
Select the record to edit.
•
After selecting the record, select the function type to be configured and press OK; the possible functions
are:
–
Internal call
–
External call
–
Special request
–
Call to switchboard
•
Enter the name to be assigned to the call
•
Enter the code to be assigned to the call
–
For internal calls, allowable codes are from 0 to 15
–
For external calls, enter alphanumeric codes (A÷Z, 0÷9)
–
For special functions, allowable codes are from 1 to 249
–
For calls to switchboard, allowable codes are from 1 to 249.
•
Press OK to confirm or X to return to the previous menu without saving the record.
changing a record in the directory
To change a record in the directory:
•
Select the icon
•
Select the record to be changed.
•
After selecting the record, follow the steps described in the previous paragraph "Adding a record to the
directory".
Deleting a record in the directory
To delete a record in the directory:
•
Select the icon
•
Select the record to be deleted.
•
Press OK to confirm or X to return to the previous menu without deleting the record.
reSeT
In this menu the user can reset the device and restore all default configurations.
Select the icon reSeT
•
Select yeS to confirm reset or select no to go back.
•
The Reset operation does not delete the directory.
