Slide the 1.25kg plate (smaller plate) in.
Step 4
Lock the plates securely by the star collar.
Step 5
Follow the same procedure to lock the plates at the other side of the handle. Make sure
that the weight of the plates on both sides are the same.
Step 6 Optional
For a training with a long handle, just connect both handle bars with the connector.
