ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
5. Install Tank (A), (Fig. 5)
• Place rubber washer (II) onto bolt (JJ). Insert bolt (JJ) with
washers through hole inside the tank (A).
• Place rubber washer (II) followed by brass washer (HH)
followed by hex nut (KK) onto
bolt (JJ) protruding from bottom of tank (A). Tighten hex
nut (KK) to create a proper and secure seal.
• Attach rubber sealing gasket (LL) to center drain hole
under tank (A).
• Gently place tank (A) on toilet bowl (B) with bolts (JJ)
protruding out underneath.
• Place oval metal washer (MM) followed by wing nut (NN)
onto the protruding bolt (JJ).
• Tighten wing nut (NN) enough so that the tank (A) sits flat
on the toilet bowl (B).
• Make sure the toilet tank (A) is parallel to the wall and
straight on the toilet bowl (B).
• CAUTION: DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NUTS.
SEVERE DAMAGE MAY OCCUR.
6. Installation and Adjustment of Flush Button Mechanism (Fig. 6)

The rubber tip on the bottom of the push rods leading from the flush buttons should lightly touch the top of the levers on
the flush valve.
• To increase the rod length, turn the rod locknut counter-clockwise to loosen, then rotate the push rod counter-clockwise to
increase exposed length. When desired length is achieved turn the rod locknut clockwise, while holding the push rod, till it is
tightened.
• To shorten the rod length, turn the rod locknut counter-clockwise to loosen, then rotate the push rod clockwise decrease
exposed length. When desired length is achieved turn the rod locknut clockwise, while holding the push rod, till it is tightened.
NOTE: When activating the half flush mode (blue button), both buttons on the flush mechanism will depress. When activating
the full flush mode (chrome button), only the chrome button will depress. The flush valve is setup to prevent the full flush from
being activated when the blue button is pushed.
ADJUSTMENT OF WATER FLOW FOR DUAL FLUSH
Flush valves are set at the factory, should not need adjustment. Call 1-800-831-8383 if you require assistance.
Position flush button mechanism (RR) in tank lid so blue button will align with blue
lever (half flush) on top of flush valve & chrome button aligns with the white button.
Secure flush button mechanism in tank lid by hand tightening lock nut.
