5 – INSTRUCTIONS FOR
INSTALLATION
PLACE OF INSTALLATION
The appliance must only be installed in
adequately ventilated premis.
REFERENCE STANDARDS
Install the appliance according to the prescriptions
of current safety standards.
In any case, this appliance was produced in
conformity of the following european directivities:
-DIRECTIVE 92/59/EEC Leg. Decree 115/95
concerning the general safety of products.
POSITIONING
Unpack the appliance and carefully remove the
protective film from the outer panels to avoid
leaving any trace of adhesive. Use a suitable
solvent to remove any adhesive residues.
Dispose of the packaging as instructed in the
chapter on "Disposal".
Refer to the installation diagrams at the beginning
of this booklet for the space requirements and
connection dimensions of the appliance.
The appliance is not suitable for built-in
installation.
Set the appliance and if neccessary adjust the
work height with the adjustables feet.
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
Special maintenance must be carried out by
trained personnel.

During long idle periods, take the following
precautions:
- Unplug the appliance
- Go over all the stainless-steel surfaces
vigorously with a cloth moistended with paraffin oil
in order to form a protective film
