6. Driver / Device installation
After the driver installation you can connect the device to your computer. The
device will be installed automatic by Windows.
For XP users:
During the installation of the driver you will be prompted for a 'Digital Signature',
Click 'Continue Anyway'.
7. Verifying Device installation
The picture showed is for illustration only. This can differ depending on the
operating system used.
Windows 98SE and ME:
Go to: Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> System ->Device Manager tab.
Windows 2000 and XP:
Go to: Start -> Control Panel -> System ->Hardware tab -> Device Manager.
Windows 98SE/ ME/ 2000 and XP:
In the list you will find 'Sigmatel USB
2.0 IrDA Bridge' under 'Infrared
devices'. When this is displayed the
installation is done successfully.
