Remove the battery cover and the batteries
Replace the batteries and re-install the battery cover

Remove the battery cover and the batteries
Remove the label
Remove the screws in the bottom
Remove the secondary set of buttons
Turn the red plastic piece 90° to the left
Pull out the module
- Place main chassis in correct position and fasten the screws.
- See #17 Check after replacement of main chassis or modules, to finish the
on-site service.
- Loosen the screw in the bottom of the Beo1. Remove the cover, and the batteries.
- Insert the new batteries, see the label to place them correctly. Place the battery
cover, push it down and fasten the screw. Make sure the cover is placed correctly.
- Test all the functions of the Beo1.
- Loosen the screw in the bottom of the Beo1. Remove the cover, and the batteries.
- Remove the label, using a pair of tweezers. Carefully pull off the label. Place the
label on a dry surface as it must be used again, when reassembling the Beo1.
- Loosen the 2 screws in the bottom, which are revealed when the label has been
removed, and remove them.
- Remove the secondary set of buttons by inserting a pair of tweezers in the center
of the rubber buttons and pull outwards. A new set of secondary buttons is
enclosed, to replace the old one. Be carefull not to scrath the surrounding
surface of the Beo1.
- A red plastic piece is revealed when the secondary buttons is removed. Turn this
90° to the left.
- Pull out the loose module, using a finger or a pair of tweezers in the battery
holes.
