Insert a steel rod (ø 4 mm recommended) through the lower grease by-pass hole in the
high-pressure piston (44) and unscrew it from the grease valve body (40).
2.
Clean the grease valve ball (43) and its seat in the high-pressure piston (44). If
damaged, replace all the affected parts.
3.
If the high-pressure piston (44) is scored, unscrew the high-pressure cylinder (51) from
the suction tube (47) and from the foot tube (53) and replace it. Assemble the pump
following the previous instructions, reversing each step
pis on and cy inder must always be replaced at the same time; they are a matched set.

Introducir una varilla acerada (ø 4 mm recomendado) por el agujero inferior de paso de
grasa del pistón de alta presión (44). Desenroscar entonces el pistón (44) del cuerpo
válvula de impulsión (40).
2.
Limpiar la bola (43) y su asiento en el pistón de alta presión (44). En caso de deterioro,
sustituir los elementos afectados.
3.
Si el pistón de alta presión (44) es dañado, desenroscar también el cilindro de alta
presión (51) del tubo de aspiración (47) y del tubo válvula de pie (53) para verificarlo.
Volver a montar en orden contrario. NOTA:
siempre tienen que ser substituidos al mismo tiempo.

1.
Introduire une tige en acier (∅ recommandé de 4 mm) par l'orifice inférieur de passage
de la graisse du piston à haute-pression (44). Séparer à présent le piston (44) du corps
de la soupape d'impulsion (40).
2.
Nettoyer la boule (43) ainsi que son siège situé au niveau du piston à haute-pression (44) et les remplacer si nécessaire.
3.
Si le piston à haute-pression (44) est endommagé, il est préférable dans ce cas de séparer également le cylindre à haute-
pression (51) du tube d'aspiration (47) ainsi que du tube du clapet de pied (53) pour procéder au contrôle de ce dernier.
Suivre le processus inverse pour monter à nouveau les pièces en question. NOTE:
p ession doivent systématiquement être remplacés en même temps.

Secure the air motor body (15) and
loosen the five 4MM screws (29) to
remove the air motor dolly (1).
2.
Slide an open-end wrench over the flats
of the lower part of the air piston (36).
With second wrench unscrew the air
piston nut (2) and remove the parts (2),
(3), (4) and (5).
3.
Pull the air piston rod (36) down and
out of the the motor body (15).
4.
Unscrew the spring nut (27) from the
motor body (15) and remove the parts
(27), (26), (25), (24) and (23).
5.
Unscrew the 3MM allen screws (22) and
remove the parts (21), (20), (19), (18),
(17) and (16).
