9. Deactivate the express down mechanism.
10. Now slide the seat as far back as possible.
11. Reset the height adjustment so that it is in the highest position.
12. Screw the screws (2) into the adapter (finger tight only).
13. Screw the front screws (2) into the adapter using the stipulated torque. (T40 Torx adapter).
Torque: M8 screws: 25 Nm ± 2 Nm
14. Now move the seat as far forward as possible.
15. Tightly screw the four screws (5, 6) at the rear using the stipulated torque. (T40 Torx adapter).
Torque: M8 screws: 25 Nm ± 2 Nm
Danger:
If the torque is not set correctly, the screws will work loose whilst you are driving.
In this case, the safety concept can no longer be ensured and the vehicle may no longer be used.
The screws must be tightened using the stipulated torque.
