L25 before the corner treads. Drill with a Ø 4,5 mm point at a depth of 30 mm (fig. 1) (fig. 7) (fig. 9).
8. Assemble tread L25 to support N20 with the screws C53. Check the horizontality of the tread and secure
articles C48 in a permanent manner. Position article D34 to cover the plates with elements B12 and C62 and
drill with a Ø 8 mm point (fig. 4) (fig. 5).
9. Insert the intermediate support N21 into the final support N20. Secure at the bottom using a self-locking wrench
before tightening. Assemble the tread with screws C53; propping the support as you continue to assemble the
structure and the treads so that its weight is not borne by the floor. A prop must be inserted every 4/5 supports.
For safety reasons, climbing on the staircase before it is fastened to the floor (point 13) and stiffened (point 14)
is strictly prohibited. Position the rise calculated previously (see point 2) and check horizontality and alignment
with the previous tread.
Warning: check the depth of the going for tread L25, using a through baluster (C67) for articles C72 and ensure
that it is perfectly vertical.
Secure articles B99 in a permanent manner working on both sides of the support to avoid changing the position
(horizontality and verticality) of the tread. Continue, assembling the remaining intermediate supports N21 in the
same manner. For corner treads, drill connecting holes to the support (N20, N21, N22, N23) according to the
direction of rotation chosen. Drill the treads (L25, L26, L27, L28) with an Ø 8,5 mm point at a depth of 30 mm
(fig. 8).
10. Secure article C72 to the inner part of the corner treads L26, L27, and L28 using articles C57 (drill with a Ø 4,5
mm point at a depth of 30 mm) using a vertical baluster C81 as a reference point (fig. 9).
11. Secure the column with the threaded stay N25 to the support of the 2
to last support N22 (after both articles N24 have been inserted) into support N21. Assemble the treads using
screws C53. Position the rise calculated previously (see point 2). Loosen article N25 until the floor. Insert
support N23 and assemble to article N24. Assemble the tread. Check its horizontality and alignment with the
previous tread and tighten articles B99 in a permanent manner.
12. Check the verticality of the entire staircase and - if necessary - correct by moving support N23.
13. Dismantle the first tread and mark the holes on the floor. Drill the floor with a Ø 14 mm point, near the holes
present on support N23. Insert the dowels C47 and secure in a permanent manner (fig. 1).
14. Stiffen the staircase in the following points: a) insert column G08 in an intermediate position into the ground
with articles D31, C35 and B20. b) Secure the staircase to the wall using element F12, article B13 (drill with a Ø
14 mm point) and screws C57 (drill with a Ø 4,5 mm point), only in the points indicated. Cover with article B95
(fig. 11).
Assembling the railing
15.
End baluster assembly ("X"): assemble elements F35, F36, C79, D75, BR1, C76 and C74 to the balusters C67
(fig. 6-6A) (fig. 1).
Warning: align the hole on article F35 with the holes on the baluster (C67).
16.
Intermediate baluster assembly ("Y"): assemble elements F35, F36, C79, D39, C77 and C74 to the balusters
C67 (fig. 6-6A) (fig. 1).
Warning: align the hole on article F35 with the holes on the baluster (C67).
17.
Secure F35 in a permanent manner working on the inner screw.
18.
Insert the connecting balusters C67 between the treads (fig. 6A). Position the balusters with element F36 so
that the part with the hole towards the top. Secure elements B02 to article C72.
19.
Measure the distance between the three corner treads and cut baluster C81 to measure. Then connect the
three corner treads using this segment of the baluster. Assemble element C72 with articles C57 to tread L25
at a distance which allows for article F25 to be assembled between two balusters C67 and C81 (fig. 9). Cut the
baluster C67 to measure and assemble in element C72 using articles C57 and B02. Secure element F25 with
articles C49 and C50 (fig. 10).
20.
Fasten element F34 to the floor near the first "X" baluster (C67) and drill using a Ø 8 mm point. Use elements
C58, B12, B02 (fig. 1).
Warning: the first baluster must be cut based on the height of the other balusters.
21.
Cut the handrail A14 segment to measure (fig. 10) and assemble in succession with article B33 and glue X01
(fig. 1). Secure the handrail to the balusters using articles C64 while maintaining the balusters vertical.
22.
Saw off the excess handrail next to the first (C67) baluster of the staircase using a hacksaw.
23.
Complete the handrail (A14) by securing element A12 using elements C64 and the glue (X01) (fig. 1) (fig. 10).
24.
Insert the bars A28 in the parts D39 previously assembled on the "Y" C67 intermediate balusters and in the
parts D75 previously assembled on the "X" C67 end balusters (fig. 6-6A) and if necessary cut them based on
the staircase configuration. Join the bars A28 to each other using the part A41 and the glue provided (X04) (fig.
1A). Finally, tighten the parts C76 on the part D75 (fig. 1A).
25.
To stiffen the railing, fasten the baluster to the wall with article F09 using articles F08. Drill with a Ø 8 mm point
and use elements C49, C50, C58, B12 (fig. 10).
26.
Complete railing assembly by inserting elements C74 into the lower part of the balusters (C67) (fig. 10).
27.
Apply the lower closing articles D27, D28 and D29 (fig. 1).
28.
Apply the lateral closing articles D30 as follows:
1) hook the back part to the pre-curved sheet
2) bring it into contact with the sheet until both elastic hooks in the square holes are released.
