Assembling your
GoGro Essential system
Setting up the reservoir and 4mm feedline
Preparing 4mm Tube
Always try to keep the 4mm Tube clean, any dust or dirt
✓
that gets inside could cause blockages later.
You will need a craft knife or a sharp pair of scissors to cut
✓
the 4mm Tube, if using a craft knife, cut on a solid surface.
ALWAYS TAKE CARE WHEN CUTTING THE PIPE.
Preparing the Reservoir
1. Cut a 15cm length of 4mm Tube and push one
end through the grommet on the reservoir so it
protrudes a few cm on the inside.
2. Fit the Round Reservoir Filter to the tube on the
inside of your reservoir.
3. Fit one Inline Tap to the tube on the outside of your
reservoir this becomes your On/Off Tap.
4. From the outside, holding the grommet in position,
pull the 4mm Tube back until it feels tight.
Creating your preferred layout
1. Ideally your reservoir should be on something solid and raised 15-20cm off the
floor. If you cannot elevate the reservoir, always ensure there is a minimum of
20cm of water in it. Once you have found a suitable location for your system, position
the GoGro Round Reservoir and trays in your preferred layout.
2. Measure out how much 4mm Tube you require for the system. Ensure you have
enough 4mm Tube left to connect the GoGro Valves to the Barb Tees
(approx. 20cm per module).
3. Once you have confirmed and are happy with your preferred system layout, cut the 4mm
Tube and insert a Barb Tee in preparation for installing each GoGro tray. This creates your
main feedline.
4. Once all Barb Tees are in position, complete your
feedline by fitting other Inline Tap after you
last module, this becomes your Flush Tap.
If you are planning to expand your system,
we recommend leaving a longer length
of 4mm Tube after your last module
before installing your Flush Tap.
Make sure both the On/Off Tap
and the Flush Tap are shut.
Please note, trays do not have to sit on
the main feedline.

Try to make the cuts as clean and straight as possible.

✓
ensure the tube is secure and pushed fully over the barb.
