Setting up the GoGro Trays
and Valves
1. Always ensure your tray is flat and level.
2. Fit the GoGro
Tray Collar.
3. Fit the four GoGro Valve
Pillar Supports into the
base of the tray.
4. Cut approximately 20cm of 4mm Tube and insert it
through the grommet, ensuring the face
of the grommet marked 'inside' is
inside the tray. Push the
4mm Tube right up to
the main body.
When complete, put a small volume of water (about 10 litres) into the reservoir and open
the On/Off Tap. Check each tray, and as soon as you are sure water is reaching them all,
shut the On/Off Tap again. Check for any leaks to ensure you have assembled it correctly.

Top tip: we advise you do not cut down the 4mm Tube
required for connecting the tray to the first line until
you have confirmed your system configuration.
5. Position the GoGro Valve in the tray;
(a) Place the valve lid on the inner float.
(b) Fit grommet into the slot in the wall of the tray, and
gently pull back any excess 4mm tube out of the tray.
(c) Slide the two back pillars into the feet of the valve.
(d) Position the supports on the side of the valve so they
fit between the two front
pillars. Gently push
the valve down
until the side
supports
securely
clip into
place.
6. Connect the free end
of the 4mm Tube to
a Barb Tee on the
main feedline
Repeat for all your Trays.
