Unpacking and Assembly

Unpacking

Carefully remove the lawn mower from its
packaging and check that you have all the
following items:
• Upper U-handle complete with cables
attached
• Lower Handle tube left with green tape
• Lower Handle tube right (red tape)
• Mower Bag
• Mulch Plug (installed on the lawn mower)
• Tool kit
• Owner's Manual
Remove the lawn mower components from
the box and inspect them carefully to ensure no
damage has occurred during shipping and that
no parts are missing If any parts are damaged
or missing, do not use the lawn mower

Assembly

Tools needed for assembly
• 1 pcs 10 mm wrench
• 1 pcs 13 mm wrench

Fasteners needed for assembly
• 4 pcs M8 carriage bolts
• 4 pcs M8 flange nuts
• 4 pcs black square washers
• 2 pcs M6 carriage bolts
• 2 pcs M6 flange nuts

Unpacking and Assembly
STEP 1
Install the black handle tubes to the lawn
mower with the M8 carriage bolts Do not
tighten the nuts Please note that there are
three holes for the upper clamp We suggest to
install the bolt in the center hole as a start
• Make sure the mulch plug (1) is installed to
hold the bolt (2) during right tube mount
installation
• Install the bolt in center hole (1) Install the
nuts finger tight (2) Don't tighten completely
until step 3

• Control cables route outside brackets (1) and
then through gap under tubes (2)
