The fans do not start.
2
The cooling unit does not
start.
3
Forgot the password.
The operation noise is too
4
high.
5
LCD is functioning improperly
or does not display.
6
The alarm functions properly,
but the buzzer does not buzz.
7
The set point cannot be
reached.
There is standing water in the
8
cabinet.
Possible cause
The power supply
is faulty.

The fans are old or faulty.
The sensor detection is abnormal. Inspect the sensors.
The PID parameters are wrong.
The heat load exceeds the cooling
capacity.
The filters are clogged.
The coil is blocked.
The chilled water flow rate is
insufficient or its temperature is
too high.
The control module has failed.
The actuator is faulty.
The humidity is too high.
The inlet water temperature is too
low.
The fan speed is too low.
The drain pump is abnormal.
The piping is faulty.

Solution
Make sure the input voltage is within the permissible range,
the circuit breaker or switch is set at ON, and the cooling unit
is correctly grounded.
Make sure each fan is wired correctly and change the faulty
fans, if necessary.

Contact service personnel.
Inspect and clean the fans.
Check if the fans are running at full speed. Adjust the set
point or the fan speed accordingly.
Inspect the Y-type filter of the external piping and clean it,
if necessary.
Inspect to ensure the control panel wiring is correct.
If necessary, restart the cooling unit.
Use the control panel to enable the buzzer alarm function.
Path: Main Menu g Setting g Local Setting.
Inspect the fans and change the faulty ones, if necessary.
Refer to 4.7 PID Setting.
Reduce the heat load or increase the number of cooling units.
Replace or clean the filters.
Perform the coil washing procedures.
Inspect the flow rate and temperature of the chiller
(5~15°C / 41~59°F is ideal).
Repair or replace the control box.
Repair or replace the actuator.
Use an external dehumidifier to control the data center's
humidity or enable the force mode to reduce the internal
humidity of the data center.
Adjust the water supply temperature of the chiller (5~15°C /
41~59°F is ideal).
Adjust the fan speed.
Confirm the drain pipe functions are normal.
Inspect to see if the chilled water pipeline and other pipelines
are normal.
