Substitution of the spring of the
invertor
1. Disconnect the power supply;
2. Remove the closing carter on the left;
3. Loosen the stud positioned under the plastic pedal;
4. Slip off the pedal;
5. Loosen the two screws that keep the invertor group
in position;
6. Extract the entire group from the machine, without
disconnecting the cables;
7. Remove the screw that keeps the spring in position;
8. Insert the new spring in the two cuts;
9. Turn it 180° in order to charge the spring;
10. Insert the screw and tighten it;
11. Reposition and tighten the invertor group inside
the tyre changer;
12. Mount the pedal;
13. Close the carter on the left;
14. Connect the power supply.

Substitution of parts of the pedals
If you deem it necessary to substitute some parts of
the pedals, such as the pedal or the ratchet, always
remember to disconnect the springs (N° 77 and N° 93).
Afterwards you will be able to slip off the rod and to
substitute the pedal.

Vertical and horizontal locking group
If the two cylinders get blocked and don't unblock even
after starting the control, we recommend following
these instructions:
1. Disconnect the power tube from the sink.

If air does not come out:
? There is no air in the tube passing inside the col-
umn. Substitute it.
2. If air comes out, reconnect the tube to the valve and
disconnect it on the side toward the vertical locking
cylinder.

If air does not come out:
? Substitute the valve.
3. If air comes out, reconnect the tube to the entrance
of the cylinder and disconnect the one at the end.

If the cylinder moves but air does not come out:
? Substitute the vertical locking cylinder.
¶
If the cylinder moves but air does not come out:
? Substitute the horizontal locking cylinder.
