Warnings for use
Keep the product and all packaging materials out of the reach of children; do not let
children play with the product and/or its packaging.
Do not expose the appliance to atmospheric agents (rain, wind, snow, etc.), or to
high temperatures.
This device cannot be used by children, or persons with reduced physical, sensitive
or intellectual capabilities, or with lack of experience and knowledge, without super-
vision or if they are not given instructions and warnings on the correct and safe use
of the device and the potential risks related to its use.
Keep the appliance away from water. Do not immerse in water. Do not use the
appliance with wet hands/feet.
Do not use the appliance and/or its USB cable in case of visible damage or malfun-
ctioning; contact professionally qualified personnel for assistance.
Make sure the appliance is kept away from objects (such as hair, curtains, etc.) that
can become entangled when the flaps are rotating.
This appliance is to be destined to its special purpose only. Any other use is to be
considered as improper and thus dangerous.
When in use, do not cover the appliance, nor leave it unattended.
When the item is connected to a USB port, this must be in the proximity of the
appliance and easily accessible.
When not in use for long periods of time, unplug the appliance from USB port and/
or remove the batteries.
Make sure the USB cable is not pressed, bent, or damaged by sharp objects or
exposed to mechanical strains.

Operation
Place the appliance on a flat, stable surface, or hang it by the hanging hook at the
base, making sure it does not hit people nor objects when operating, and that there
is no risk of accidental falling. The rotating soft plastic flaps keep flies and flying
bugs away. The appliance can be operated with 2 AA type batteries (not included)
or with USB cable provided.
For battery operation, open the battery case at the base of the appliance and insert
the batteries, making sure to respect correct polarity indicated. For USB operation,
insert USB cable into the connector at the back of the appliance, and connect the
USB plug to a USB port.
Remove batteries when the appliance is connected with USB cable, or in case the
appliance is not used for a long period.
To turn the appliance on/off, place the switch at the base on ON/OFF position.
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the USB cable and/or remove batteries before carrying out any cleaning or
maintenance operation.
