11 . If damp air or products to be refrigerated should cause ice to form on the evaporator, we recommend
stopping the compressor and placing the goods in special refrigerated containers, kept at the same
temperature, until defrosting is completed;if this is not carried out the compressor will continue to operate
leading to a wasteful consumption of electricity and poor performance.

USING THE DISPLAY CABINET
1. Grangalà display cabinets are intended for commercial and industrial uses. The ice cream display
cabinets have been designed to maintain the temperature of ice cream but not to lower it, for this reason
only place cold ice cream at the correct storage temperature in the cabinet. . A display tank holds the ice
cream tubs. In the lower part of the display cabinet a cooling system generates cold air at a "controlled
temperature" and sends it through the special channels to the display tank.

1 . Remove the protective film from the stainless steel surface at the bottom. . The transparent cover for

glass panels with a soft sponge and a neutral detergent. . To make cleaning easier, the front curved
glass panel may be overturned outwards: push the curved glass from the inside, whilst holding it from the
outside, until it opens completely (see fig. 2).
