04. MAINTENANCE AND WARNINGS.
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
For the cleaning and maintenance of the machi-
ne or the replacement of parts, you must unplug
the machine.
INFORMATION
For any type of maintenance, review or repair,
contact Udom S.L. or the distributor from which
the product was acquired.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
Only ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT PARTS authorised
and approved by Udom S.L. may be used. It is
recommended that damaged components or
parts are replaced immediately to guarantee
better operation, energy savings and even the
prevention of more serious breakdowns of the
packing machine.
PRECAUTIONS
This packing machine is not suitable for pac-
king spices or liquids.
Liquids must be frozen before they can be pac-
ked, as if they are drawn into the vacuum they
may seriously damage the operation of the devi-
ce. Additionally, if you are going to pack meat,
fish or chicken, etc., it is recommended to dry it
with a cloth to avoid its juices being drawn into
the pump for this reason.

STORAGE
It is important to store the sealer in a dry, ven-
tilated place, away from aggressive chemical
products and sources of heat.
Always leave the lid unlocked.
Use the cable winder (12) located on the rear
section of the packing machine.
Do not wrap the cable around the body of the
packing machine.
PACKING MACHINE CLEANING
After using the machine, it is recommended to
clean both the cover of the device and the va-
cuum chamber with neutral soap in order to gua-
rantee hygiene and proper conservation of the
packing machine.
Likewise, it is important for the bar and sealing
gasket to be clean at all times to ensure proper
sealing of the bag, as well as the vacuum seal.
Periodically check that the vacuum chamber is
free of residue and impurities to avoid obstruc-
tion in the air extraction process.
