Intended use
The Quick Action Clamping Nut is used for fast and tool-free replacement of cutting discs, grinding discs,
etc. and is suitable for commercially available angle grinders with an M14 spindle thread. The Quick Action
Clamping Nut can be used with disc diameters up to 230 mm and a disc thickness of max. 6 mm.

this is not permissible, and the user/operator is liable for any damage and injuries resulting from
unauthorised use. Compliance with all the safety information in this user guide is an integral part of the

Maintenance / Cleaning / Storage
Except for regular cleaning, the Quick Action Clamping Nut is largely maintenance-free.
Keep the Quick Action Clamping Nut free of dust, and clean it with compressed air.
After use, store the Quick Action Clamping Nut in a cool and dry place out of the reach of children.
Use
When screwing on the Quick Action Clamping Nut, make sure that the labelled side of the Quick Action
Clamping Nut is visible after installing it.
1. Secure the shaft of the angle grinder by using the spindle lock button.
2. Attach the Quick Action Clamping Nut by hand and tighten it by strongly turning the grinding disc
clockwise.
3. A properly mounted and undamaged Quick Action Clamping Nut can be loosened by hand by turning
the knurled ring counter-clockwise.
4. Never loosen a tight Quick Action Clamping Nut with pliers; use a two-hole spanner for this purpose.
Set the two-hole spanner in the holes of the Quick Action Clamping Nut.
