HOW TO MEASURE BLOOD PRESSURE
1. Apply the cuff as explained in the previous chapter.
2. Press the START button. All the display characters
are shown during 2 seconds.
3. The monitor starts to seek with zero pressure. The
monitor inflates the cuff until there is sufficient pressure
for a measurement. Then the monitor slowly releases air
from the cuff and carries out the measurement. Finally
the blood pressure and pulse rate will be calculated
and displayed on the LCD screen separately. Irregular
heartbeat symbol (if any) will blink.
4. After measurement, the result of systolic, and diastolic
pressure and pulse rate will all display on LCD.
5. The result will be automatically stored.
6. Press START again to turn off the unit. If you forget, the
unit automatically turns off after 1 minute.
Notes:
- The value measured will be too low if you hold your cuff higher
than heart level, or will be too high if you hold your cuff lower
than heart level.
- The unit may store 2x30 measurement values, If more than
2x30 records, it will delete the earliest data.
- During measurement do not speak or shake as is may affect the
accuracy of the result.
- If you want to stop the measurement during measurement
process, just press the START button to stop immediately.
- Please consult a health care professional for interpreting pressure
measurements.

RECALLING RECORDS
1. Press the MEM button to display the stored results. Now
the LCD displays the amount of results. If no result stored,
LCD will show dashes « - ».
2. The LCD will display the last measurement. Press the MEM
button to review the data in ascending order. The time
and date are stored for all results.
3. Deleting measurements from the memory: press the
MEM key until 0 is displayed on the screen.
4. Press the START button to stop the machine.
