Problem
The SpO and Pulse Rate display is

unstable
The device does not turn on
The indicator light suddenly turns
off

Possible Reason
1. The finger is not correctly
positioned in the device
2. The finger is shaking or the
patient is moving
1. The batteries are low
2. The batteries are not correctly
installed
3. The device has malfunctioned
1. The device powers off
automatically when it gets no
signal for eight seconds
2. The batteries are almost
drained
Solution
1. Position the finger correctly
and try again
2. Ensure that patient is able to
remain immobile
1. Replace the batteries
2. Reinstall batteries
3. Contact your GF distributor
1. Normal
2. Replace the batteries
