Loosen the retainer screw around 2mm to slide the cable between the washer

and the paddle.
7 Run the cable through the tensioner and BELOW THE SCREW WASHER.
Pull the cable until it is tight and fix the screw with a 3mm allen key.

9 Push the paddle 5-10 times to eliminate possible cable loose.
Loosen the screw again and repeat step number 8.

Cut the cable so that it does not extend off the remote lever paddle

and press it with some pliers.
Use a 4mm Allen key to fix the remote lever on the handlebar.
